Free Midweek Fitness For Older Adults

Sunnyside Community Services will host a free Senior Cardio Sculpt class on Wednesday, August 12, from 10:30 to 11:30 a.m. The program is open to people age 60 and older and features low-impact functional movement exercises designed to make daily activities easier.
