Morning Senior Fitness Returns

A free Senior Cardio Sculpt class is scheduled for Tuesday, August 4, from 9 to 10 a.m. at Sunnyside Community Services. The program is open to participants age 60 and older and focuses on low-impact, functional movement exercises that support daily activities. The morning class gives older residents a local exercise opportunity without a fee. Attendees should arrive in time for the 9 a.m. start and check with the facility if they need information about room access or accommodations.
