Citywide, 2,162 homes sold last month and 4,226 new listings came on the market, with 6,752 homes in inventory and 3.12 months of supply. The average sale closed at 98.3% of list, so buyers are still paying attention, but not chasing blindly.
The real advantage is in the spread between property types. Detached and semi-detached homes are tighter, while apartments carry more supply and more days on market.
