Global Village Closes Lake Lansing Series

Global Village is scheduled to headline the final August concert in the Sounds of Summer series at Lake Lansing Park South, 1621 Pike Street in Haslett, on Friday, August 21. Opening acts begin at 6:15 p.m., followed by the main performance at 7:00 p.m. The free event features rock, funk and R&B, with food trucks, ice cream and children's activities available at the park. Residents can bring lawn chairs or blankets. The series takes place at the Lake Lansing band shell and is open to the public.
