CADL Summer Reading Prizes End Saturday

Saturday, August 8, is the final day for Capital Area District Libraries participants to log reading points and claim prizes in the 2026 Summer Reading Challenge. The program is open to babies, children, teens and adults, with points available for reading days and completed activities. Participants may use the Haslett branch at 1590 Franklin Street or another CADL location to pick up eligible prizes. The Story Seekers Passport Challenge also ends August 8, so completed passports should be returned to a branch by the same date.
