Architectural Review Committee Meets August 25

The Sunland Village East Architectural Review Committee's fourth-Tuesday August meeting is scheduled for Tuesday, August 25, at 8:30 a.m. in the Saguaro Room. During June, July, August, and September, the HOA schedules ARC meetings on the second and fourth Tuesdays of the month. Homeowners must receive committee authorization before beginning exterior alterations. Architectural Change Request Forms may be submitted through the homeowner portal, in paper form to the HOA office, or by email to support@svehoa.com. Residents planning exterior work should review the approval requirements before starting a project.
