Architectural Review Committee Meets August 11

The Sunland Village East Architectural Review Committee is scheduled to meet Tuesday, August 11, at 8:30 a.m. in the Saguaro Room. The HOA says the committee meets on the second and fourth Tuesdays during June through September. Homeowners must obtain ARC authorization before making exterior alterations to a home or property. Residents can submit an Architectural Change Request Form through the homeowner portal, on paper to the HOA office, or by email to support@svehoa.com. The meeting is a useful checkpoint for residents with planned exterior work or questions about the approval process.
