The latest month closed with 823 sales, and the median living area was 1,480 square feet. That tells me buyers are still comparing not only the price, but also the scale of the home and what that means for long-term comfort.
If the offer leaves no margin, every surprise feels bigger later. That is why I want buyers to think through repairs, financing, and the possibility of small issues before they commit to the home.
