Parkinson's Workshop Blends Movement And Creativity

Lone Tree Arts Center will host Ripping and Tearing As Performative Movement on Monday, September 21, at 10:30 a.m. The 60-minute workshop is designed for adults at any stage of Parkinson's and will be held at the Arts Center, 10075 Commons Street. Participants can adapt gentle guided movement, breathing and body-awareness activities, and beginner-friendly theater exercises to their comfort level. There is no registration fee, although a suggested donation of $25 per class is listed. Space is limited, and attendees are asked to wear comfortable clothing and supportive shoes.
