Auburn Ridge Neighbors Review Proposed Changes

A second neighborhood meeting on proposed Auburn Ridge and Auburn Heights changes is scheduled for 6 to 7 p.m. Monday, September 14, at the Aspen Room in the Miller Activity Complex, 1375 W. Plum Creek Parkway. The proposals would amend zoning and site plans for property near Wolfensberger Road and Auburn Drive, including up to 104 apartment units, removal of a 55-plus age restriction, revised buffering, and building-height standards. The meeting is in person only and is intended for questions, feedback, and discussion before later public hearings.
