Joint Meeting Examines Holiday Isle Property

Okaloosa County commissioners and the Destin City Council will hold a joint public meeting Wednesday, September 16, at 9 a.m. at the Okaloosa County Administration Building, 1250 N. Eglin Parkway in Shalimar. The meeting will address disputes identified by Destin involving the state-acquired property on Holiday Isle, including the proposed park property. Members of the public are invited to attend, and the meeting will be livestreamed on the county's YouTube channel. Residents requesting disability accommodations should contact the County Commission office at least 48 hours before the meeting.
