Candidate Forum Set for September 30

A Candidate's Forum is scheduled for Wednesday, September 30, from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. at the La Verne Community Center, 3680 D Street. The city says the forum will give residents an opportunity to hear directly from candidates running for La Verne City Council, including their priorities and perspectives on issues affecting the community. Residents who want to compare candidates before the election can attend the forum at the Community Center. The City of La Verne lists the event as scheduled.
