68 Pine Outline Plan Hearing

Foothills County will hold a public hearing Wednesday, September 23, at 1:30 p.m. on the proposed 68 Pine Outline Plan in Heritage Pointe. The application covers a 16.32-acre parcel and seeks redesignation for 22 Residential Community District lots, two Municipal Land/Reserve District lots, one Public Utility District lot and one Environmental Protection District lot. Site-specific amendments would include the property in the Hamlet of Heritage Pointe, set density below 3.0 units per acre and allow 60 percent lot coverage. Attend in person at the Foothills County Administration Building in High River or by Zoom. Register or submit written comments by 4:30 p.m. Sunday, September 20.
