Buildings Department Offers Queens Help Session

NYC Department of Buildings will offer a Buildings After Hours information session Tuesday, September 15, from 4 to 7 PM at its Queens Borough Office, 120-55 Queens Boulevard, Kew Gardens. No appointment is required. Homeowners, tenants, small business owners and building managers can speak with DOB staff about renovation or construction projects, open violations, permits, construction codes, zoning regulations, certificates of occupancy and equipment installations. The sessions are held on the first and third Tuesday of each month, and the 2026 schedule lists September 15 as a Queens session.
