Special Election Runoff Voting Today

Georgetown County's August 25, 2026 special election runoff is taking place today for voters selecting the Republican nominee for the November general election. The county says only people who voted in the June 2026 Republican primary, or who did not vote in either primary, are eligible. Eligible voters in Pawleys Island must vote at their assigned precinct on Election Day. The county also lists Waccamaw Recreation Center, 83 Duncan Avenue, as an early-voting location, but early-voting centers cannot be used on Election Day unless that site is the voter's assigned precinct.
