Mesa Utility Deposit Applications Reopen

Mesa says new applications for its Security and Utility Deposit Program will reopen Tuesday, August 25, after being temporarily closed since August 5. The program helps eligible low-income Mesa individuals and families with refundable security or utility deposits. Applicants must meet the program's income requirements, submit the required documentation to the Mesa Housing Authority, and provide a landlord and utility provider willing to accept a payment guarantee. Residents of Sunland Village East who meet the requirements can review the city program details and apply when intake resumes.
