Nature Meditation Walk In Aliso

OC Parks will offer a Nature Meditation Walk on Sunday, August 30, from 8:00 to 10:00 a.m. at Aliso and Wood Canyons Wilderness Park, 28373 Alicia Parkway. The guided program includes a brief walk and a tea ceremony using sustainably sourced plants. Advance registration is required, and participants should tell the program leader about any food allergies or sensitivities when they arrive. The program is free, while parking is $3 per vehicle. It is designed for ages 10 and older, and weather will cancel the event.
