Beginner Sourdough Class Set August 26

Saint John's Parks Department will offer a Beginner Sourdough class on Wednesday, August 26, from 5:30 to 7:30 PM at the St. John Community Center. The class is intended for beginners and covers basic techniques for making artisan bread at home. Participants will take home an established starter in a mason jar, a loaf to bake at home, and a reference guide. The fee is $60, and registration is available through the Town's Parks Department or the Clerk-Treasurer's office.
