Permission Required for Fall Adds

Beginning Monday, August 31, CSUN students will need a permission number from a professor or the department offering a course to add classes. The university also states that wait-listing will no longer be available, while students may continue adding, dropping, or swapping classes and changing the basis of grading through online self-service registration. The final online drop and swap dates differ by student level: September 11 for graduate students and September 20 for undergraduate and second bachelor's students. Students should review the registration FAQ before requesting permission.
