Riverwalk Core Fitness Returns

Core Fitness: Core and Sculpt is scheduled for Friday, August 28, from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. at Riverwalk Park, 121 SW Flagler Avenue. The City of Stuart describes the low-impact class as strength training with elastic resistance bands to support core strength, balance, flexibility, and muscle building. The class is listed as suitable for all fitness levels, but registration is required. During inclement weather, the city's posted schedule directs outdoor classes to the Stuart Shuffleboard Center at 500 SE Georgia Avenue.
