Find Your Fit Event Comes Sunday

Oak Park Recreation and Oakland County Parks will host Find Your Fit from 1 to 4 p.m. Sunday, August 23, on the Oak Park Community Center lawn at 14300 Oak Park Blvd. The free event includes fitness activities, an air jumper, inflatables, a nature education table and other activities designed for all ages and abilities. No registration is required. Scheduled fitness sessions are Power Playground Fitness at 1:15 p.m., Pilates at 2:15 p.m. and Hustle at 3:15 p.m.
