Franklin Walking Program Continues August 28

Franklin Public Library's Nordic Walking and Japanese Interval Walking program returns Friday, August 28, from 11:00 a.m. to noon. The session begins in Franklin Village and offers residents a guided community walk featuring Nordic Walking techniques or Japanese Interval Walking. Registration is required by phone or at the library desk, with space limited to five walkers. Nordic Walking poles are provided by the library. Participants should wear suitable shoes and clothing and bring water and sunscreen.
