August Curbside Chipping Week Begins

The Village of Beverly Hills' August curbside chipping service week begins Monday, August 24. Residents should place eligible branches at the curb on their normal trash day, with branches stacked rather than bundled and cut ends placed parallel to the curb. The program accepts branches from 2 to 6 inches in diameter. Smaller twigs and branches belong with yard waste, while branches larger than 6 inches must be disposed of privately. Chipping will take place sometime during the scheduled week.
