American Southwest Screening Comes to Windmill

Vegas PBS will present a free screening of The American Southwest from 3 to 5 p.m. Sunday, August 23, at Windmill Library, 7060 W. Windmill Lane in Las Vegas. The family-friendly wildlife documentary follows the Colorado River through Southwestern landscapes and examines the region's wildlife, water, and conservation challenges. Seating is first come, first served, and may be limited. The program is rated G and has a runtime of 1 hour and 47 minutes, giving families a local opportunity to see the film together at the library.
