Chair Yoga Returns To Recreation Center

Senior Chair Yoga is scheduled for Monday, August 31, from 9:00 to 10:00 a.m. in Gym 3 at the West Milford Recreation Center. The program focuses on flexibility, mobility, strength, balance, endurance, and reducing stress, according to the township flyer. The July and August session costs $35 for seven classes. Registration is required through West Milford Community Services and Recreation, which lists 973-728-2871 for help with registration. The Recreation Center is at 66 Cahill Cross Road.
