Friday Afternoon Fitness Class Scheduled

West Milford Community Services and Recreation will hold its Afternoon Active Ager Exercise class Friday, August 28, from 1:30 to 2:30 p.m. at the West Milford Recreation Center, Gym 3. The class includes seated and standing exercises focused on muscle tone, balance, flexibility, and posture, and the program does not require floor work. The summer session costs $45 for nine classes. Registration is required, with help available from the Recreation Center office at 973-728-2871.
