Float And Flow Returns August 23

Float and Flow yoga is scheduled for Sunday, August 23, from 9 to 10 a.m. in Wolf Bay beside the Wind and Water Learning Center dock. The summer program uses inflatable Glide Fitness Boards and is led by instructors from Glow Yoga Studio. The city says no previous experience is needed and notes that spaces are limited. Residents interested in participating should watch for registration information before the class. The session is part of the citys summer 2026 series, which also includes dates in June, July, September, and August.
