Summer Tax Payment Deadline Arrives

Roseville summer property taxes are due Monday, August 31, 2026. The City Treasurer says the summer bill is due August 31, with a 1% monthly penalty beginning September 1 on unpaid balances. Residents can pay online, by phone at 1-866-349-1430, by mail or in person at City Hall, 29777 Gratiot Avenue. The Treasurer's public-transaction hours are 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday. Eligible residents age 62 and older with household income under $40,000 may file for a summer tax deferment by September 15.
