Recreation Authority Shutdown Starts August 22

Residents who use the Recreation Authority of Roseville and Eastpointe should plan for a scheduled shutdown beginning August 22. The authority says its building at 18185 Sycamore in Roseville will close after business on August 22 for cleaning and maintenance and reopen at 8:30 a.m. on September 8. There will be no scheduled activities during the shutdown, no SMART Van service from August 24 through September 7, and no senior meals from August 24 through September 7. The notice affects recreation, transportation, and senior nutrition planning.
