Youth Climate Fund Application Window Opens

Riverside's Youth Climate Action Fund application window opens Monday, August 17, and runs through September 25, 2026. Riverside residents ages 15 through 24 can apply as part of youth-led project teams working on local priorities such as transportation, food systems, extreme heat, trees, energy, and civic engagement. Selected teams may receive microgrants of $1,000 to $5,000, with funding distributed through eligible nonprofit, educational, community, or public-entity sponsors. Applications must support projects taking place within Riverside.
