Budget Billing Enrollment Ends August 31

Mount Dora utility customers who want to join the annual budget billing program must enroll by Monday, August 31. The city says the program is available to electric customers with 12 months of continuous billing history, no past-due balance, no late payments during the previous 12 months, and no service cutoff during that period. New members begin October 1. Residents can apply online or get assistance at City Hall or the Electric Offices. The program is designed to make monthly utility costs more predictable.
