Sourdough Workshop Comes To Northridge

On Monday, August 3, from 4:00 to 5:00 p.m., the Northridge Branch Library at 9051 Darby Avenue will hold an adult sourdough workshop in its Community Room. Food preservation instructor Brie Wakeland will cover food safety, starter preparation, recipes, and baking methods. Participants can taste samples, take home their own starter, and receive instructional handouts. The program offers local residents a practical food skill they can use at home.
