Aquatic Insects Exploration Set For Baisley Pond

NYC Parks Urban Park Rangers will lead Aquatic Insects Exploration on Sunday, August 16, from 1:00 p.m. to 2:30 p.m. at the entrance to Baisley Pond Park at Baisley Boulevard and 157th Street. The free program will examine aquatic insects and other invertebrates that help keep city ponds and lakes healthy. The activity is suitable for residents interested in local nature and the ecology of Baisley Pond. It is scheduled directly in the neighborhood park and does not require a separate trip to another Queens location.
