City Council Reviews Design Standards

The Ventura City Council is scheduled to receive public input on the draft Objective Design Standards Tuesday, August 25, at 5:00 p.m. at City Hall, 501 Poli Street. The draft standards would create measurable design criteria for commercial, mixed-use, and multifamily projects and are part of the City's broader planning and Housing Element work. This is the third listed August opportunity for residents to comment on the draft, following Design Review Committee and Planning Commission meetings. Written feedback remains available through the City's virtual engagement process.
