New Kent SUN Bucks Deadline Is August 31

August 31 is the last day for eligible New Kent families to apply for Virginia SUN Bucks 2026 if their child was not automatically enrolled. The program provides a one-time $120 grocery benefit per eligible school-age child. Families can apply online or by mail, and the call center accepts applications through August 31, Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. at 866-513-1414. Automatic enrollment may apply for children in households receiving SNAP, TANF, income-based Medicaid, or approved free or reduced-price school meals.
