Beginner Mug Rugs Workshop Offered

Residents can learn the basics of quilting and piecing during Mug Rugs: A Beginner Sewing Project at 6 p.m. Thursday, August 20, at the Main Library, 40900 Romeo Plank Road. Participants will make a simple project during the workshop. The library lists a second session for Saturday, August 22, at 11 a.m.; registrants should choose one date rather than attend both. Registration is required unless otherwise noted, and the program is part of Clinton-Macomb Public Library's August adult craft offerings.
