Township Sets August Ordinance Hearing

The Wantage Township Committee is scheduled to meet at 7 p.m. Thursday, August 13, at the Municipal Building, 888 State Highway 23. The meeting includes public hearings on two proposed ordinances introduced July 16. Ordinance 2026-17 would appropriate $250,000 for various roadway improvements. Ordinance 2026-16 would amend township zoning rules to add flex-space commercial, industrial, and warehousing or manufacturing uses as conditional uses in specified areas. Residents may attend the meeting and comment during the public session before the committee considers further action.
