Community Center Hosts Summer Campout

Pleasant Valley Recreation and Park District will hold its End of Summer Campout from Friday, August 14, at 5:00 p.m. through Saturday, August 15, at 9:00 a.m. at Community Center Park, 1605 East Burnley Street. The overnight event costs $25 per 10-by-10-foot campsite and includes crafts, lawn games, an inflatable pony derby, live music, an outdoor movie, s'mores and restrooms. Food trucks will be available for additional purchase. Participants must bring their own tent, sleeping supplies and food they wish to prepare.
