Cardboard Regatta Returns to Town Pool

Southern Pines Parks and Recreation will hold its Cardboard Regatta Friday, August 21, from 10 a.m. to noon at J. Pleasant Hines Park. Participants will build boats from cardboard and race them in the Southern Pines pool. Registration is required. The program guide lists a $5 boat fee and a $1 admission fee.
