Reconciliation Grant Applications Close Friday

The City of Airdrie's Reconciliation Community Initiatives Grants Program will accept applications until July 31 for initiatives connected to the National Day for Truth and Reconciliation. Eligible applicants are Indigenous-led not-for-profit organizations with at least 50 percent Indigenous leadership and demonstrated relationships with Treaty 7 Nations or the Otipemisiwak Metis Government District 4. Funding supports activities that help residents learn about Indigenous histories, cultures and world views. Organizations serving Luxstone or the wider Airdrie community should complete their applications by the July 31 deadline.
