Compare Larger Diamond Bar, CA Homes Before You Move in July 2026
Diamond Bar, CALarger Diamond Bar, CA homes are worth comparing before you move, but I would not let square footage make the decision by itself. The right upgrade still has to fit the budget after the excitement wears off.
The current larger-home options span a wide range, from 2,805 square feet at $1,499,000 to 3,300 square feet at $1,650,000 and 3,006 square feet at $1,750,000. There is also a much larger 8,725-square-foot property at $5,380,000, which shows how broad the market can be.
That spread tells me move-up buyers need a budget first and a size target second. Without that order, it is easy to tour homes that feel right in person but do not fit the long-term plan.
I would compare one mid-range home and one upper-end home, decide what size gain is actually worth paying for, and keep the payment conversation front and center. Bigger only helps when it still feels like a smart move.
