Those pending homes also sat at a median of 39 days in RPR with a median living area of 2,913 square feet. That gives buyers time to compare, but it also means the best decision comes from looking at the details with care.
For luxury buyers, an open house should be one step in the process, not the whole decision. For sellers, it is a chance to show whether the home feels as good in person as it does online.
Walk through the options with a short list of priorities, compare the finishes, and ask where the real tradeoff sits. If the home is close but not quite right, do not force the fit just because the showing was impressive.
