County Gallery Hosts August Reception

Clark County's Be Home Soon exhibition will close with a public reception from 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday, August 27, at the Rotunda Gallery in the Government Center, 500 S. Grand Central Parkway. The exhibition runs through August 27 and features work by Clark County artists who were born outside Las Vegas, exploring migration, memory, belonging and the experience of building a life in Southern Nevada. The reception will include opportunities to meet participating artists and the announcement of Best in Show and Honorable Mention awards. Gallery hours are Monday through Thursday, 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
