County Seniors Can Join Scam Prevention Call

Macomb County seniors, their families and guardians can join a telephone town hall about scam prevention on Wednesday, August 26, at 6:30 p.m. Prosecutor Peter J. Lucido will discuss ways to prevent scams and protect older adults from exploitation. The virtual town hall will last about 60 to 90 minutes, and participants may ask questions or listen. Residents must register to ensure they receive the call. Calls begin approximately 30 minutes before the event, so registered participants should answer the phone when the Prosecutor's Office calls.
