Second August CPR Training Session

A second August session of the city's CPR, AED and First Aid class is scheduled for Saturday, August 29, from 9:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. at Valley View Recreation Center, 500 Harris St. The course covers emergency response for infants, children and adults, including CPR, choking, bleeding, trauma, seizures, shock and opioid overdose recognition with Narcan administration. Henderson lists the class for participants age 12 and older and currently shows registration available. Residents who cannot attend the August 22 session have another city-listed training date.
