Planning Board Hears Millers Pond Proposal

The Ramapo Planning Board will hold an in-person public hearing Monday, August 31, at 7:30 PM at Ramapo Town Hall, 237 Route 59, Suffern. The hearing includes the proposed Millers Pond Planned Unit Development Phase 2 at 110-118 Pomona Road in Pomona. The application proposes 355 residential units, roads and infrastructure, four parks, and open space. Interested members of the public must attend in person. Written comments on public-hearing matters must be received by 4:00 PM that day, and application materials are available through the town's meeting information.
