Healthier Comfort Foods Cooking Class

Chef Travis will lead a free cooking class for adults age 50 and older on Friday, August 28, from 11:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. at Heritage Senior Facility, 300 S. Racetrack Rd. in Henderson. The session focuses on updating familiar comfort-food recipes with healthier cooking options. The program is sponsored by Intermountain Health and is offered through Henderson Parks and Recreation.
