Qualified Health Plan Enrollment Ends August 30

New Yorkers affected by changes to the Essential Plan may enroll in a Qualified Health Plan through August 30, 2026, without a gap in coverage, according to the NYC Department of Health and Mental Hygiene. The city says affected Essential Plan members include people with annual incomes between $31,920 and $39,900. Enrollment counselors can explain options, help with applications, and identify possible financial assistance.
