Downtown Parking Rules Change August 24

Ferndale's Northeast Downtown parking rules will change beginning Monday, August 24. Monthly long-term permits will no longer be allowed after 5:00 p.m. Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays in Lot 13, also known as Como's Lot, and Lot 15, the E. Breckenridge Lot. The city is introducing a $30 Employee Peak Hours Permit for designated on-street spaces and Lots 11 and 1, valid from 5:00 p.m. to 4:00 a.m. on those evenings. Existing permit holders do not need to take immediate action.
