Second CPR And First Aid Session

A second Henderson Parks and Recreation session of the combined CPR, AED and first aid course is scheduled for Saturday, August 29, from 9:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. at Valley View Recreation Center. The class is for ages 12 and older and covers infant, child and adult CPR, choking response, bleeding control, trauma, seizures, shock treatment and opioid overdose recognition, including Narcan response. The listed resident rate is $45, with two-year certification included. Registration is required, and availability was listed as open when checked.
